Education

A huge part of who we are as Christians is shaped by what we take in each week. Our Education Ministry is a big part of that. It exists to serve us in our spiritual education. Whether learning about doctrinal things, moral or ethical issues facing the church, or diving into a deep study on a book of the Bible, we’re constantly being educated by God’s word. We have a talented group of teachers here at Central that put a lot of study and effort into their classes they teach. Our education ministry includes from our nursery age kids, all the way up.

 

Our classes include: Nursery, 2’s, 3’s, 4’s, 5’s, 1st-2nd, 3rd, 4th-5th, Middle School, High School, College & Young Professionals, Young Families, Middle Adult, Auditorium Class (adult), Men’s Class, Women’s Class, and Finding Your Place in Life and in Ministry Class.

 

In addition to our normal classes being taught we also will periodically have a teacher workshop or some other type of seminar or workshop for our members. We also conduct a summer series called Winning Wednesdays where each Wednesday in the summer quarter (May-July) we have speakers from all over the southeast come and bring their best/favorite lesson.
